For just over a decade now the Bouza family has been operating this small estate winery located on the outskirts of Montevideo.  The Canelones region’s temperate, Atlantic-influenced climate sees four distinct seasons and temperatures rarely exceed 93 degrees.  While Bouza is receiving worldwide attention for their Tannat bottlings, the winery is also responsible for some of the most interesting Tempranillo, Merlot, and Albarino in South America
