He has a simple and crystal clear objective: craft the finest Metodo Classico Lambruscos. What makes Cantina della Volta unique is the choice of the variety: Lambrusco di Sorbara. Lighter in color and higher in acidity than other Lambrusco varieties, Sorbara makes some of most delicate and elegant sparkling wines in Emilia.
