After studying chemistry at Paris XI and after a diploma in oenology in 1993, Nathalie Falmet took over the family vineyard and became a grape grower in ROUVRES LES VIGNES in the COTE DES BAR where she makes her wines. Grape grower and oenologist, she is one of the few women in Champagne to have both titles and to have both jobs simultaneously. Falmet controls every aspect of her wine-growing from the cultivation of the vine up to the the marketing of her bottles.
